- How long does shipping take?
- Shipping within the U.S. takes about 2-7 business days.
- How long does international shipping take?
- Shipping to another country outside of the USA takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks.
- How long does it take to process my order once its been placed?
- Processing takes 1-7 days. Some items are high in demand and may take longer to ship.
- How do I get my tracking number?
- You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your package has been sent out.
- How long does it take to get a tracking number?
- Usually takes 1-3 days, unless we are out stock, then it may take longer.
- Can you ship my package discreetly?
- Yes we sure can! Just make sure to leave a note when placing your order!
- Do you ship on the weekends?
- No! We are closed on the weekends.
- We ship out twice a week, every Monday and Thursday by 4PM Pacific Time
- What shipping carrier do you use?
- USPS ships all our domestic and international orders.
- How long should I expect an email reply?

- We accept exchanges on all items within the first 3 days of delivery date, except NOT on worn garments.
